The distinctive butterfly roof, with its gracefully sloping wings, evokes an open, airy atmosphere. Meanwhile, the inner courtyard stretches its embrace, welcoming each guest into the heart of the home.

While the southern windows allow expansive views, the roof and balcony overhangs provide shading during the summer months, offsetting the need for excess air conditioning.
