There are two ways to set up the project timeline:

During the Goldilocks Phase, we will create two timelines so you can choose.
By carefully planning your project out in advance, there will be fewer surprises during construction. So we take a little more time up front on the research and analysis that we call The Goldilocks Phase. During this phase, we identify your needs and options, establish a project budget, and create the custom timeline.
